Christopher Belkot, Vice President of Operations

Christopher Belkot brings a wealth of experience and expertise to STAR Building Services. In his role as Vice President of Operations, Chris oversees the Operations Team, managing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day functions. His responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, networking, and ensuring the consistent delivery of STAR’s superior services.

Chris has been dedicated to operations since the age of 17. He began his career as a portfolio manager for a commercial pool management company, where his exceptional skills and dedication quickly elevated him to the position of Director of Operations. His extensive experience has equipped him with a profound understanding of operational efficiency and excellence.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. This academic background has been instrumental in honing his skills in managing employees and maintaining high morale, further enhancing the quality of services provided by STAR Building Services.

Christopher Belkot, VP of Operations

Andrew Batshaw, Vice President of Business Development and Client Relations

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, development, community association management, and business development, Andrew Batshaw joins STAR Building Services as the Vice President of Business Development and Client Relations. Andrew has a proven track record of excellence, having served as Vice President of Community Development for a private residential developer. In this role, he honed his skills in facilities management, labor and vendor relations, risk management, and emergency planning and preparedness.

As a Community Manager and Regional Director for a national community management provider, Andrew focused on instilling a service and hospitality mindset in his team. He successfully shifted the focus from merely maintaining properties to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a lifestyle experience for residents.
