Join National Contractors for the “The Fundamentals of Maintenance”. As we look forward to the new year, many associations may already be thinking about their spring and summer maintenance projects. Crafting a comprehensive maintenance plan provides direction to the board and manager throughout the year and is designed to mitigate problems from escalating into significant failures and costly repairs. Topics will include: Maintaining Your Roof, Gutters, Exterior Cladding, Windows and Doors, Decks and Rails, Warranties
