How it Works
Each new account or building is added to our inspection system which is customized for each buildings’ specifics cleaning requirements. Each facility starts with a grade of 100. During the inspection process, points are deducted for each “issue” that is encountered. These items include but are not limited to vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleanliness, mopping of floors, cleaning of glass, etc.
Results
After completion of the inspection different, detailed reports can be created with a plan of corrective action for each site. This platform allows a quicker turn-around time for our inspection team to interact with our operations team. This also ensures any corrective action items are taken care of in a timely manner. These reports are sent to the property manager once a month.
